Project '98

I've decided to take Project '98 offline after 10 years due to a few reasons.

  1. Social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace have done exactly what I was trying to do in 1999 and they've done it much better.
  2. I don't have as much time to work on this as I had in the past, especially since I'm no longer as familiar with the code it was written in. So, when the site breaks, I need to do a lot of research to fix it.
  3. It wasn't really getting any traffic anymore. Probably due to reason #1.

Thanks to everyone that signed up or commented on the site. It was one of my first entries into the web world and it probably helped me get where I am today in this field. All data (photos/etc) is still here, so if you'd like something sent to you, just let me know in the form below. Thanks again!
